摘要
观察和测量了TC4-DT钛合金电子束焊接接头的显微组织结构及显微硬度,分析了焊接接头不同区域经不同酸洗钝化工艺后氢含量的变化。结果表明:焊缝区硬度最高,达310 HV,热影响区硬度次之,达295 HV,基体硬度值最低,为280 HV;氢含量的测试结果显示,酸洗时间较短时,氢含量随钝化时间的延长先降低后增大;酸洗时间较长时,氢含量随钝化时间的延长先增大后降低;经过相同时间的酸洗处理后,焊接接头不同部位(热影响区、焊缝区及基体)氢含量随钝化时间的延长,变化趋势基本一致;不同酸洗钝化时间焊接试件各个部位的氢含量均满足标准规定钛合金材料内部氢含量的要求。
The micro-structure and micro-hardness of electron beam welded joint of TC4-DT alloy were investigated,and the effect of acid cleaning and passivation processing on hydrogen content was analyzed at different parts of the welded joint.The results show that the weld zone has the highest micro-hardness,310 HV,the micro-hardness of the heat-affected zone is 295 HV,higher than that of the matrix(275 HV).The hydrogen content testing results show that hydrogen content decreased initially and then increased with passivation time increasing when the time of acid cleaning was short.And when the time of acid cleaning was long,the variation of hydrogen content presented a converse tendency.Different parts of the welded joint have the same hydrogen content variation tendency.After different acid cleaning and passivation processing,the hydrogen content of the welded joint met the standard demand all the time.
