摘要
本文就复合中空纤维膜的纺制工艺和纤维成型条件对中空纤维分离性能的影响进行了系统的研究。结果表明,通过调节两种纺丝原液的供量比,可以方便地控制复合层的相对厚度;复合成膜均匀,界面粘接性好,有互渗性,无分层剥离现象;对外压式中空纤维膜,复合中空纤维膜孔径主要取决于复合层膜,同时在一定条件下,基膜也不决定复合中空纤维的透过通量。
In this paper are stadied the preparing technique of composite hollow fibre membrane and the effect of membrane forming conditions on its performance. The results show that under the conditions of the base membrane and the given inner gel liquid,the separating pore size of the hollow fibre membrane mainly depends on the composite layer; under the definite conditions, the base membrane does not affect the pore size and flux of the composite hollow fibre membrane.
