摘要
以亚硫酸氢钠-过硫酸铵为引发体系,进行丙烯腈同马来酸酐的水相沉淀共聚合反应。讨论了单体浓度、链转移剂浓度和引发剂浓度对共聚物分子量、收率及组成的影响。
Initiated by (NH_4)_2S_2O_8-N_aHSO_3, the copolymer of acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride (AN-MA) was synthesized through precipitation polymerization in water phase. The effects of the comonomers concentrations, chain transfer agent, and initiator were investigated on the molecular weight (MW),the conversion,and the content of maleic anhydride in the copolymer(F_2). It was found that (1) with the increase of [AN], MW and the conversion increased while the F_2 kept almost unchanged; (2) with the incresae of [MA], MW and the conversion decreased while F_2 increased; (3) the increase of the concertration of isopropanol resulted in MW and F_2 decrease but had no evident effect on the conversion; (4) the increase of the initiator concentration made MW decrease quickly with the noticeable increase of the conversion and F_2.
