体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射周期中子宫内膜厚度与妊娠关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 自辅助生殖技术(ART)开展30多年来,人们在生殖领域中已取得了一定的共识:良好的内膜和高质量的胚胎及二者的同步性是取得助孕成功的关键。而子宫内膜作为胚胎种植和发育的“土壤”,其在助孕中起着举足轻重的作用。目前已有很多关于子宫内膜厚度对妊娠影响的研究,但结论颇具争议。本研究探讨了体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)周期中子宫内膜厚度等因素与妊娠率的关系,为助孕前内膜的评价及干预措施提供依据。
