本文结合近年研究报道,总结直肠类癌的内镜下表现,评价超声内镜检查对肿瘤术前分期的价值及对术后预后的判断,介绍在直肠类癌分子生物学水平上的诊断进展,浅析不同直径直肠类癌的治疗原则,并比较不同内镜治疗方法的特点,以及影响直肠类癌5年生存率预后的相关因素。

This article reviewed the endoscopic features of rectal carcinoid tumors, evaluated usefulness of endoscopic ultrasonography in the preoperative staging and prognosis of the tumors postoperatively, introduced the progresses of molecular dignosis, analyzed the therapeutic different sizes of tumors, compared the characteristic of ESD with EMR and the prognostic factors for 5-year survival rates of the tumors.
