摘要 目的分析乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结超声特征,并筛选与淋巴结转移相关的超声主要征象。方法术前超声观察乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结大小、纵横比、皮质部厚度、淋巴门是否消失、内部钙化、血流分布类型、血流速度、血流阻力指数(RI)等多个指标,与病理结果对照,采用Logistic模型进行多元回归分析。结果最终纳入Logistic模型的各指标危险度按OR值大小排列依次为淋巴门消失、皮质部增厚、RI、血流分布类型及淋巴结纵横比。结论基于超声特征的Logistic回归模型有助于鉴别乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的性质。 Objective To analyze the ultrasonic features of axillary nodes in patients with breast cancers and filter the main features related to metastasis. Methods The size, longitudinal - transverse axis ratio, cortex thickness, disappearance of hilum, internal calcification, blood flow distribution, peak velocity, and resisitive index (RI) of axillary nodes of patients with breast cancer were observed preoperatively. Then the results were compared with those of pathology, and analyzed by multiple logisticregression model. Results The features entered in the logistic model were arranged as follow according to the OR value: disappearance of hilum, cortical thickening, RI, blood flow distribution and longitudinal - transverse axis ratio. Conclusion The Logistic model based on ultrasonic features is effective in identifying the nature of axillary nodes of patients with breast cancer.
