肾脏占位性病变超声造影表现分析

Analysis of renal space-occupying lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography

目的初步探讨超声造影诊断及鉴别诊断肾脏占位性病变的临床价值。方法对15例常规超声检查诊断为肾脏占位性病变的患者进行超声造影检查,分析造影剂在病灶内的灌注过程,做出良恶性鉴别,并与手术病理结果对照。结果超声造影提示恶性占位9例,良性占位6例,所有病例均经手术病理或CT结果证实。结论超声造影对肾脏占位性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of contrast - enhanced ultrasound （ CEUS ） in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal space - occupying lesions. Methods Fifteen patients with renal space - occupying lesions confirmed by conventional ultrasound were examined by CEUS. The perfusion process of contrast media in lesions was analyzed, the malignant and benign lesions were differential diagnosed, then the results were compared with those of pathology. Results Nine cases of malignant renal lesions and 6 cases of benign renal lesions were diagnosed by CEUS, all cases were confirmed by pathology or CT. Conclusion CEUS has important clinical value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal space - occupying lesions.
