摘要
患者女，71岁。因发现左侧甲状腺肿块3个月于2009年12月入院。患者自述3个月前发现左侧甲状腺肿块，无疼痛、声嘶、吞咽困难、咳嗽、发热及心悸等，未行治疗。近1个月肿块有所增大而住院诊治。5年前因“肾透明细胞癌”行肾脏切除。体检：左颈部触及一个大小约3．5em×3．0cm×3．0cm的包块。与周围组织界限清楚，质软。CT检查示：左侧甲状腺占位性病变，大小3．2em×2．6cm×2．2cm。血甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）正常，甲状腺功能检查正常。临床诊断：甲状腺腺瘤。
