促泌素研究进展

摘要 1998年Wagner等[1]利用一位32岁男性胰岛素瘤患者的瘤细胞，接种免疫BALB／c小鼠后，通过细胞杂交技术克隆出一种名为D24的鼠抗人胰岛素瘤单克隆抗体。在此基础上，该团队通过D24鉴定出一种神经内分泌和胰岛13细胞特异的钙结合蛋白——促泌素（secretagogin）[2]。
