摘要
中间相含量作为炭材料前驱体沥青的一项关键指标,在研究和制备中间相沥青时具有着重要的意义。图像处理法测定中间相含量在参考传统定量显微技术的基础上,结合计算机图像处理技术划分出偏光图像中的3个区域,有效地分辨出中间相和各向同性部分的灰度阈值,从而能较为便捷准确得出中间相含量。对比于选择性溶剂萃取法的结果,该法能更好地反映中间相的真实含量。
The quantitative assessment of the me sophase content of pitches is one of the key indicators on studying and fabricat ing mesophase pitches.Reference to traditional quantitative optical techniques, a new image analysis technique was introduced to analyze the mesophase content, which was an image recognition and statistics computer program.According to th e new technique,polarization image was divided into three parts by gray level a nd the gray threshold was detected for distinguishing anisotropic and isotropic phase of pitches.Therefore the mesophase content can be evaluated more accurate ly and conveniently by The new method than by the traditional ones.Compared with the selective solvent extraction technique,the result of the new method was more reasonable.
