热处理时间对阳极焙烧炉等效焙烧温度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 对等效焙烧温度法做了简单介绍,制作了某示温剂的标准曲线,并研究了热处理时间对其等效焙烧温度的影响,得到了此示温剂的晶格尺寸和等效焙烧温度与热处理时间和热处理温度的关系式。举例说明了当热处理温度发生变化时如何调整热处理时间,使不同批次阳极达到相同的焙烧程度。 In this paper the equivalent temperature method was described firstly. Then the standard curve of the indicating temperature agent was made,and the e ffect of heat treatment time on the equivalent temperature of anode baking furna ce was investigated.The relationships of the crystal constant of the indicating temperature agent and the equivalent temperature with the heat treatment time a nd temperature were achieved.We finally illustrated how to adjust the heat trea tment time to achieve the same equivalent temperature when heat treatment temper ature changed.
