摘要
患者女性，55岁，因“右膝关节剧烈疼痛伴活动受限5d”入院。患膝疼痛呈持续性，负重及屈伸活动时疼痛加重，口服非甾体类抗炎药、局部理疗后症状无明显缓解，反进行性加重，并出现明显活动受限。既往无膝关节外伤史，无痛风、类风湿性关节炎及化脓性关节炎等病史。
