34例消化道重复畸形的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of 34 Cases of Gastrointestinal Duplications

目的:总结消化道重复畸形的诊治经验。方法:对我院1998-2009年间收治的34例病人随访,回顾性分析患者年龄分布、临床表现、诊断方法和治疗措施。结果:34例病人中男性23例,女性11例,平均年龄为14.3岁,所有病人均接受手术治疗及病理检查证实,随访成功28例,除1例患者出现粘连性肠梗阻并行再次手术外,其他患者均无症状复发和并发症。结论:消化道重复畸形多见于幼儿,小肠为多发部位,临床表现无特异性,消化内镜检查对该病诊断帮助较大。

Objective：To retrospectively analyzethe diagnosis and treatment of 34 cases of gastrointestinalduplications.Methods：The age distribution,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods and therapeutic measureswere retrospectivelystudied.Results：The average age of these patientsis 14.3 years,and 11patients werefemale.All patients received operations and pathological examinations,28 patients were followedup.No recurrence or severe complications happened during thefollow-up,except one case received the secondly operationbecause of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Conclusion：Gastrointestinal duplications are uncommon congenital abnormalitiesthat manifest in children,and small intestineduplication is the most common.The clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal duplication is complex,and gastrointestinal endoscopy is importantfor the diagnosis.
