基于有限元方法研究预应力条件下石英晶体的高频振动特性 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元方法,计算AT切石英晶体受到沿不同方位角度施加的对径力后石英晶片的振动位移分布情况。该有限元分析结果能够直观的获取石英晶体厚度方向的剪切振动和弯曲振动的图形。通过对预应力模态计算结果分析表明石英晶体振动方向随着施加不同方向的方位角的改变而发生改变。该结果有助于更好研究石英晶体受力后的振动模态。 The present study analyzes through finite element model the distribution situation of vibration displacement of a AT cut quartz crystal plate that is stressed by diametrical forces in different directions.Visual gragh of thickness shear and flexure vibrations could be obtained by this analysis.The results of the pre-stressed modal analysis show that the vibration direction changes with varying direction of forces,which contributes to a better study on the stressed crystal vibration model.
