摘要
为解决覆膜砂防砂工艺占井时间长的问题,研制出了一种由软化剂、增强剂及调节剂构成的覆膜砂快固剂,并优选出与快固剂配伍的缓蚀剂。评价结果表明:加入快固剂后覆膜砂的固化时间缩短了约48h、抗折强度有所增加,所形成的覆膜砂固结体具有良好的耐酸性和耐高温性。所研制的覆膜砂快固剂已在孤岛油田10余口井取得成功应用,缩短了防砂作业占井时间,降低了作业成本。
The well idle time is too long for sand controlling operation with coated sand.In order to solve the problem,a solidification accelerating agent composed of softening agent,intensifying agent and modifying agent is developed for coated sand.The matched corrosion inhibitor has been optimized for solidification accelerating agent.The evaluation result shows that the curing time of the coated sand is shortened by 48 hours after adding the solidification accelerating agent,the flexural strength is enhanced and the coated sand induration has good resistance to acids and high temperature.This agent was applied in more than 10 wells of Gudao oilfield successfully.The sand controlling operation time was shortened and the operation cost is reduced.
