艾滋病病毒感染者的围手术期处理 被引量：7

摘要 联合国艾滋病规划署和世界卫生组织报告．截至2009年底．全球现存活3330万艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者。2009年全球有260万人新感染HIV．有180万人因艾滋病死亡．中国卫生部公布截至2009年底．估计中国存活HIV感染者和患者约74万人．2009年新发HIV感染者4.8万人。随着高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（highlv active antiretroviral therapy，HAART）的推广，艾滋病患者的生存时间得到大幅延长．
