摘要
研究了用液膜法连续处理较高质量浓度(5 g/L)含醋酸废水的中试所需的主要参数(转速、处理比、液泛速度),采用以氢氧化钠为内水相W/O 型液膜,确定了转盘塔内连续操作的传质模型.
The effects of some major factors such as rotational speed , ratio of treatment and liquid flooding speed on removing higher concentration acetic acid (5 g/L) from testing waste water with liquid membrane in pilot rotary disc tower were examined. With NaOH solution as interior phase of W/O emulsion, the model of mass transfer of the above process was obtained on the basis of the optimum operating conditions.
