肝素抗凝对兔心肺复苏后脑超微结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 脑功能障碍是影响复苏预后的重要因素。临床研究表明,心肺复苏过程中,联合肝素溶栓治疗能提高患者的自主循环恢复(restorationofspontaneouscirculation,ROSC)率;实验证明,心肺复苏初始给予肝素抗凝,能改善实验动物的神经功能。
