特发性正常压力脑积水诊疗思考 被引量：10

摘要 上世纪60年代末，学者们定义了特发性正常压力脑积水（INPH）的概念，即无明确诱因的正常压力脑积水。INPH是一个综合征，其特征表现为步态不稳、认知功能下降和尿失禁，伴有脑室扩大但颅内压（ICP）并不增高。
