Text Research on Wang Chong's Pupils and Followers

王宠是明中叶吴门书派的代表书家之一,然行年仅四十,各书记其生平行迹皆颇为简略。本文结合传世作品及相关文献,详细钩沉他当日的门生,同时及后来的追随者,以期于吴门书派的传承脉络研究中有补苴之功。

Wang Chong was one of the representative calligraphers of Wumen Calligraphy school in the middle period of Ming dynasty,but he had only lived for 40 years,and his life and deeds were recorded very simply.Combining his works handed down and related documents,this thesis recalled in detail about his pupils and followers later,in hope of being helpful for the study of succeeding outline for Wumen Calligraphy school.
