慢性下腰痛患者呼吸肌功能评价及其相关分析

The correlative analysis and evaluation of the function of respiratory muscle in patients with chronic low back pain.

目的:评价慢性下腰痛(CLBP)患者的呼吸肌功能并进行相关因素分析。方法:CLBP患者142例,男98例,女44例,年龄23～56岁。测量其口腔最大呼气压(MEP)、最大吸气压(MIP)、呼气耐受时间(ETT)和吸气耐受时间(ITT),了解呼吸肌力量和耐力;并与对照组68例健康人进行比较。同时摄立位腰椎侧位片测量腰椎曲度、前凸指数、腰骶角和骶骨倾斜角;并将CLBP患者症状积分与MEP、ETT等指标进行相关分析。结果:CLBP患者MEP、MIP、ETT和ITT四项指标明显低于对照组(P<005)。MEP、ETT与腰骶角呈明显负相关。结论:CLBP患者存在明显的呼吸肌力量和耐力低下。

Objectives:To evaluate the function of respiratory muscles and conduct the correlative analysis in patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP).Methods:This study was desingned to measure the number of the maximum exhalation pressure(MEP),the maximum inhalation pressuer(MIP),exhalation tolerance time(ETT),inhalation tolerance time(ITT)and the X ray films on the lateral projection on standing position in 142 cases with CLBP(male 98 female 44,age 23 56yr.)Results:The MEP,MIP,ETT and ITT in patients with CLBP are significant lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.05).The MEP and ETT are in negative correlation with the lumbosacral angles and the ETT and MIP are in negative correlation with the scores of pain symptoms.Conclusions:There are significant decreases in function of the respiratory muscles in patients with CLBP(P<0.05).
