经皮腰椎间盘切除术适应证的初探

Preliminary clarification of the indication on percutaneous lumbar discectomy

:目的:探讨经皮腰椎间盘切作术的适应证。方法:对106例经皮腰间盘切除治疗者根据髓核造影分为纤维环破裂组和纤维环未破裂组,分析两组的疗效。结果:术后随访3～36个月,纤维环破裂组优良率1111%,纤维环未破裂组优良率9485%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<005)。结论:经皮腰椎间盘切除术适合治疗纤维环未破裂的腰椎间盘突出者。髓核造影能直观判断纤维环的完整性。

Objectives:To clarify the indication of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD).Methods:106 patients treated by PLD were grouped under the ruptured fibre ring group and the un ruptured one and the treatment results were analysed.Results:All patients were followed up for 3～36 monthes.The excellent rate of the ruptured fibre ring group was 11.11% and the one of the un ruptured fibre ring group was 94.85%.The results show the latter had better effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusions:The patients of the un ruptured fibre ring ought be first treated by PLD.Nucleography could so direct estimate the intergrity of the fibre ring that is considered as the effective mothods to choose the patients to be treated by PLD.
