摘要
:目的:介绍针切法治疗跖腱膜炎的方法,并观察疗效。方法:治疗70例,均系经保守治疗无效者。于足内侧跖腱膜附丽处横向进针,先行局封,然后换叉针头推切。结果:随访54例60足。32例36足一次针切全愈,20例22足显效,仅2例2足需再次针切。结论:跖腱膜切断术包括直视下、关节镜下或B超引导下经皮切断,各具其优缺点。针切法则简易、损伤小、安全、迅速。
Objectives:To introduce the method and observe the effect of the needle cutting method in treating aponeurositis plantaris.Methods:70 cases were treated.All were treated conservatively without effect.Injected at the level of the attachment of the plantar aponeurosis on the medial side of the foot transversely and blocked locally.Exchanged the forked needle and then pushed to cut the aponeurosis.Results:54 cases 60 feet were followed up.32 cases 36 feet cured,20 cases 22 feet effective obviously.Only 2 cases 2 feet needed cut twicely.Conclusions:Aponeurotomy including cut under direct vision,endoscopy or percutaneous cut directed by B ultrasound had their merits and demerits.But the needle cutting method possessing numerous advantages such as simple,less traumatic,safe and rapid is rather more excellent.
