西安世园会水景观设计原则研究

Research on Water Landscape Design of International Horticultural Exposition 2011, Xi'an, China

水作为景观的主要元素之一,人们已经运用了数千年。对水的研究主要集中在水景观的设计和美学方面,专注于人造水景观的体验品质和现实形式之间的关系,目的是了解如何在城市景观中设计水景。本研究结合西安世界园艺博览会景观设计的现实,深入论述水、设计元素和设计原则之间的重要关联性,以明确能够对不同类型水景有所贡献的、与水景观设计关系最为紧密的设计元素和设计原则。在此基础上论证西安世界园艺博览会水景观设计运用设计元素和设计原则的成功之处和最终效果。

As one of the primary elements in landscape architecture, water has been used for thousands of years. This dissertation has focused primarily on the aspects of physical design and aesthetics, investigates the relationship between the experiential qualities and the physical forms of human-made water features, for the purpose of enhancing how water is designed in urban landscape. The study has combined facts of International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi＇an China, and showed significant relationship among water, design elements and design principles, to identify which design elements and design principles contribute to different kinds of experiences, and which design elements and design principles are most closely associated with water landscape design. Based on this, the dissertation demonstrated the preponderance and final effects of water landscape design in International Horticultural Exposition 2011, Xi＇an, China.
