摘要
为探讨牙菌斑中蛋白水解酶活性与患者性别和年龄的关系,作者采用酶-底物反应法和考马斯亮蓝蛋白含量测定法,分别测定了20 例有龋儿童乳牙集合菌斑、20 例有龋青年人后牙集合菌斑和10 例有龋老年人后牙根面集合菌斑中亮氨酸氨肽酶、甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽酶及胰酶样蛋白酶的活性及总蛋白含量。结果:①上述三种蛋白水解酶活性在不同性别有龋儿童中无显著性差异(P> 0.05);②不同年龄龋病患者牙菌斑中的蛋白水解酶活性有明显的差异,老年组酶活性最强,分别为83.466±32.907 U/m g、75.992±27.191 U/m g、2.957±2.036 U/m g,儿童组最低,分别为18.336±8.779 U/m g、14.525±8.381 U/m g、0.687±0.499 U/m g,其差异有高度显著性(P< 0.01)。本研究结果提示,上述三种蛋白水解酶可能仅与根龋有机质的分解破坏有关。
This study was intended to explore the relationship between the proteolytic enzymes in dental plaque and the patient's age and sex. Fluorometry and spectrometry were used to separately determine the activities of leucine amino peptidase, dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ and trypsin like proteinase in children(10 boys and 10 girls), adults( n =20) and elderly people( n =10). The results showed that sex almost had no influence on the activities of the three enzymes in dental plaque in the children( P >0.05),and with the increase of age, the activities of the three enzymes apparently increased ( P <0.01).These findings imply that the proteolytic enzymes may only play important roles in root lesions.
