甲状旁腺功能亢进症术后并发右股骨病理性骨折一例 被引量：4

摘要 原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症（PHPT）病理基础较为复杂，起病隐匿、进展缓慢，早期极易误诊、漏诊。笔者于2010年1月14日收治1例PHPT，治疗原发病后出现病理性骨折，现报告如下。
