自噬及其在神经变性疾病中的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 自噬是一种在细胞内清除绝大多数长半衰期蛋白质和细胞器的降解过程,包裹着细胞质和细胞器的双层膜的自噬泡和溶酶体融合,并对胞内成分进行降解。自噬功能障碍会导致各种神经变性疾病,病理学主要表现为异常蛋白质的聚集,神经变性疾病中,自噬对于降解错误折叠和聚集蛋白方面起着关键的作用,受到越来越多研究者的关注。
