IGFBP-3的功能及其对凋亡相关信号通路的作用 被引量：11

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白（IGFBPs）是与I型胰岛素样生长因子（IGF—I）高特异性结合的一个蛋白大家族。目前已发现6种IGFBPs（IGFBP1～6），其中IGFBP-3在血清中含量最为丰富，体内约90％以上的IGF—I与IGFBP-3结合以复合物形式存在。IGFBP-3是一种多功能蛋白，在血液循环、细胞外环境和细胞内发挥着多种不同的作用。
