肌筋膜疼痛触发点的发病与治疗 被引量：15

摘要 骨骼肌是人体的最大器官，占人体总重量的50％。每一块肌肉都可能发生疼痛和功能异常，并且随着年龄增长其发病率逐渐增加。临床调查显示，30％骨骼肌疼痛患者是由于肌筋膜触发点导致局部疼痛和远处牵涉痛，这些疼痛影响了人们的正常生活和工作，降低了生活质量，增加了患者的医疗负担。
