托特罗定联合雌激素治疗绝经女性OAB的疗效观察

Effect of tolterodine with estrogen on menopause-female OAB patients

目的探讨托特罗定及联合阴道雌激素软膏治疗绝经后妇女膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的疗效。方法选择2008年1月至2009年6月在河南省许昌市第一人民医院门诊确诊的OAB患者88例,分为托特罗定组(44例,托特罗定片2 mg,一日2次,连服6周)和联合治疗组(44例,托特罗定片并阴道欧维婷软膏,一周2次,连用6周)。结果托特罗定组治疗后有效率为86.84%(33/38),24h白天排尿次数从(7.55±0.80)次降为(5.74±0.76)次,夜间排尿次数从(3.76±0.63)次降为(3.13±0.62)次;联合治疗组有效率为92.31%(36/39),24h白天排尿次数从(7.46±0.79)次降为(4.85±0.71)次,夜间排尿次数从(3.85±0.63)次降为(1.97±0.67)次,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论托特罗定联合阴道雌激素软膏治疗绝经后妇女膀胱过度活动症效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of tolterodine combined with vaginal estrogen cream on overactive bladder（OAB） of menopause-female.Methods 88 cases of OAB menopausal patients who treated in the first People＇s Hospital of Xuchang from January 2008 to June 2009 were randomly divided into two groups,the tolterodine group were treated with tolterodine alone,and the united-treatment-group were given viginal estrogen cream twice a week beside tolterodine.Effect was compared after 6 weeks.Results After treatment,the urination frequency decreased from（7.55±0.80）to（5.74±0.76） times in the day time and from（3.76±0.63）to（3.13±0.62） times at night in tolterodine group,the efficient rate was 86.84%.In united-treatment-group,in daytime the urination frequency decreased from（7.46±0.79）to（4.85±0.71） times and at night it decreased from（3.85±0.63）to（1.97±0.67） times,the efficient rate was 92.31%.The efficient rates in the two groups had significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusions Tolterodine united with vaginal estrogen cream has better effect than tolterodine alone on the treatment of OAB menopausal patients.
