摘要 目的探讨在宫颈癌发病中上皮型钙黏附素(E-cadherin)、神经型钙黏附素(N-cadherin)及Snail的变化及三者之间的关系和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈癌44例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)29例和慢性宫颈炎42例患者组织中E-cadherin、Snail和N-cadheirn蛋白的表达情况。结果宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌E-cadherin表达减弱,N-cadherin和Snail蛋白的阳性表达增强,与慢性宫颈炎组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);E-cadherin与Snail和N-cadherin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.492;r=-0.643,P<0.01);Snail与N-cadherin的表达呈正相关(r=0.671,P<0.01)。结论 Snail、N-cadherin的高表达与E-cadherin的低表达与宫颈癌的发生发展和转移相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin,Snail and N-cadherin and their relationship in cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of E-cadherin,Snail and N-cadherin in tissues from 42 patients with chronic cervicitis,29 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN group)and 44 cervical carcinoma(CA group) were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP method).Results Compared with chronic cervicitis,the expression of E-cadherin was significant decreased,the Snail and N-cadherin were significant increased in CIN and CA group(P0.05).The expression of N-adherin was correlated positively with Snail(r=0.671,P0.01);there was a significant negative correlation between expression of E-cadherin and N-adherin(r=-0.643,P0.01),as well as between expression of E-cadherin and Snail(r=-0.492,P0.01).Conclusions The lower E-adherin expression and higher level of Snail and N-cadherin may be play some role on the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
