摘要
目的研究土壤因子对巴戟天生长质量的影响。方法分别测定不同产地巴戟天中水晶兰苷、水溶性成分及灰分的含量,并分析相应土壤的理化性质。结果不同产地巴戟天质量差异显著,土壤因子对巴戟天中成分含量有很大的影响,其中对水晶兰苷直接作用最大的是pH,间接作用最大的为速效磷,全氮对水溶性成分及总灰分直接作用最大。结论通过土壤因子对巴戟天药材质量影响的研究,为巴戟天的科学种植提供了依据。
Objective To study the effects of soil factor on the quality of Morinda Officinalis How. originated from different localities. Methods The content of monotropein, water-solubility component and ash content of Morinda Officinalis How. gathered from different localities were compared. Physiochemical properties of soil were analyzed for studying the effects on quality of Morinda Officinalis How. through path and correlation analysis. Results The quality of Morinda Officinalis How. gathered at four areas were obviously different. Soil factor like pH having greatest direct-acting and available P having greatest indirect effect on monotropein, when total nitrogen have greatest direct-acting on water-soluble components and total ash of Morinda Officinalis How. Conclusion We studied the effects of soil factor on quality of Morinda Officinalis How,which can be used to provide the basis for planting.
