摘要 目的研究施用秸秆堆肥对人参地上部分生长、质量和产量的影响。方法采用田间随机试验设计。结果当施用量为5 kg m-2、10 kg m-2、15 kg m-2时,堆肥用量与施用效果呈正相关趋势。结论施用秸秆堆肥对人参地上部分生长有明显的促进作用,病害发生率显著降低,人参产量、皂苷和氨基酸含量有显著提高,10 kg m-2、15 kg m-2的处理效果达到极显著标准。 Objective To research the effect of straw compost application on aerial parts growth, quality and yield of ginseng. Methods Using random test designing in the field. Results The test shows when the application amount of straw compost is 5 kg·m^-2 , 10 kg·m^-2 and 15kg·m^-2 ,the amount of straw compost is positively correlated with effect of application. Conclusion The straw compost can significantly promote the growth of aerial parts of ginseng, reduce incidence of disease, increase the yield and the content of ginsenoside and amino acid. The effect of 10 kg·m^-2, 15 kg·m^-2 treatment all are significant.
