银杏叶提取物改善L-甲状腺素诱导的大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤

摘要 目的研究银杏叶提取物对L-甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚合并缺血/灌注引起的心律失常的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠分为5个组,分别为正常组,模型组,倍他乐克(10 mg/kg d-1)组,银杏叶提取物高、低(100、50 mg/kg d-1)剂量组,按0.4 mg/kg d-1皮下注射L-甲状腺素10d造模,同时灌胃给药治疗。在第11 d,结扎左冠状动脉10 min,再灌流10 min,统计心律失常发生率,测定心肌酶谱CK,CKMB,LDH,HBDH及AST的含量。结果模型组动物心室重量指数显著升高,药物干预后升高的心室重量指数明显下降,缺血再灌注诱发的心律失常分数与模型组相比也均有显著下降。模型组心肌酶谱显著升高,药物干预后均得到显著改善。结论银杏叶提取物可改善心肌肥厚合并缺血/灌注诱导的心律失常。 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (EOb) on arrhythmia in levothyroxine induced hypertrophy with ischemia/reperfusion. Methods The rats were divided into 5 groups: normal, model, metoprolol (10 mg/kg·d^-1), EGbh, EGbl (100, 50 mg/kg·d^-1), EGb and metoprolol wore glven through intragastric administration for 10 days. The models were induced subcutaneously by levothyroxine (0.4mg/ kg·d^-1 ×10d), On ilst day, all the animals were iigated on left coronary artery for 10 min and then reperfusion for 10 rain, Results Egb and metoprolol showed anti-hypertrophy and anti-arrhythmla effects and deereased the occurrence rates of arrhythmia significantly. In models serum CK, CKMB, LDH, HBDH and AST were elevated, EGb and metoprolol attenuated them, Ventricular weight index was increased in models and ameliorated by metoprolol and EGb significantly, Conclusion Cardiac arrhythmia induced by ischemia/reperfusion was improved with EGb.
