摘要
目的用超声提取法提取紫花苜蓿中黄酮化合物。方法以芦丁为对照品,以AlCl3对其进行络合显色,在最大吸收峰410 nm处测定提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果紫花苜蓿中总黄酮的含量以芦丁计算为13.04 mg/g,平均加样回收率为99.2%。结论本方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测新疆紫花苜蓿中黄酮含量的一种手段。
Objective The flavones compounds were obtained by ultrasonic extraction. Methods Rutin was reference standard and the concentration of flavones was determined by UV spectroscopy at the wavelength of 410nm after the extractant reacted with coloring agents. Results The flavones content in samples was 13.04mg/g calculated by rutin,and the recovery rate was 99.2%. Conclusion The results show that the method is simple, rapid, reproducible and suitable for analysis of flavones in Medicago sativa L. of Xinjiang
