摘要
目的控制活血效灵丸质量。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析活血效灵丸挥发油的化学成分。结果 4批活血效灵丸挥发油中共鉴定出67种化学成分,其中主要成分有:4,11-桉叶二烯(2.11%~8.54%)、茴香脑(11.9%~15.96%)、丁烯基酞内酯(2.28%~5.24%)、长叶马鞭草烯酮(0.93%~2.34%)等共有31种。结论实验所用的方法以及所确定的主要化学成分能用于活血效灵丸的质量控制,且方法灵敏度高,重复性好,专属性强。
Objective To control the quality of Huoxue Xiaoling Wan. Methods The paper analyzes the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Huoxue Xiaoling Wan by GC-MS. Results 67 species of compounds were separated and identified by GC/MS in the 4 batches of sample.The relative content of these compounds were calculated using square peaks to normalization.31 identified compounds mainly included:Eudesma-4,11-diene (2.11%-8.54%) , Anethol ( 11.9%-15.96% ) , 1(3H)-isobenzofuranone.3-butylidene ( 2.28%-5.24% ) , Longiverbenone ( 0.93%-2.34% ) ,etc. Conclusion The methods used in the experiment and the main chemical components identified can be used to control the quality of Huoxue Xiaoling Wan. And the method is sensitive, reproducible and specific.
