APACHEⅡ评分系统对老年人医院获得性肺炎转归的预测价值

The Predicting Value of the APACHE Ⅱ Evaluating System in Turnover of Hospital Acquired Pneumonia in Elderly

目的:应用急性生理学及慢性健康状况评价系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评估老年医院获得性肺炎转归的价值。方法:将老年医院获得性肺炎患者近期是否发展至重症医院获得性肺炎分成两组,重症组(A=38)和对照组(B=52),进行APACHEⅡ评分,并进行临床比较。结果:重症组和对照组的APACHEⅡ评分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用三分位数分层,高、中、低不同层的APACHEⅡ分值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:APACHEⅡ评分系统有助于预测老年医院获得性肺炎患者疾病的转归,且随着评分值增高,其意义越大。

Objective： To value the turnover of hospital acquired pneumonia in elderly with the acute physiological and chronic healthy evaluation II （APACHE II ）. Methods： Two group were assigned the severe cases group （A=38）and the control group （B=52）, according to the hospital acquired pneumonia whether or not developed to severe cases in senile patients,and to progress score and compare in clinical. Results： The score of APACHE II in group A showed significant to group B （P 〈 0.05）,and used the three fractile to delaminat the high,the middle and the low sheet,there were significant in the three sheets （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The APACHE ]] conduce to predict the turnover of hospital acquired pneumonia in elderly,and along with the score raised up the value to go beyond manifest.
