糖尿病足患者实施小组规范化护理管理的临床研究

Clinical Research on Panel Standardized Nursing Management for Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨糖尿病足患者小组规范化护理管理的有效性。方法:将92例糖尿病足患者随机分为实验组48例和对照组44例,实验组实施小组规范化护理管理,对照组实行常规管理,比较两组患者疗效和糖尿病足自我护理知识及技能掌握情况。结果:实验组各观察指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施小组规范化护理管理,能更好地促进糖尿病足伤口愈合,提高患者糖尿病足自我护理知识及技能水平。

Objective： To explore the effect of panel standardized nursing management for patients with diabetie foot. Methods： 92 patients with diabetic foot were divided into experimental group （n=48） and control group （n=44） randomly. The panel standardized nursing management was conducted in the experimental group, while conventional nursing was conducted in the control group. The curative effect and the diabetic foot self-care knowledge and skills were compared. Results： The evaluation indicators in experimental group were obviously better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The panel standardized nursing management could enhance the curative effect of diabetic foot and improve the diabetic foot self-care knowledge and skills of the patients.
