摘要
目的:探讨静脉注射毒品引起破伤风患者的治疗。方法:回顾性分析我科2007年10月至2011年3月收治的静脉注射毒品引起破伤风11例患者的临床资料。结果:11名患者均治愈。结论:良好的镇静肌松控制痉挛,尽早气管插管和气管切开保持气道通畅和营养支持能有效提高破伤风患者的抢救成功率。
Objective： To explore the treatment of patients with tetanus caused by intravenous drug abused. Methods： The clinical data of 11 patients with tetanus caused by intravenous drug abused from Oct 2007 to Mar 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：All the 11 cases were cured. Conclusions： It can increase the cure rate of patients with tetanus caused by intravenous drug abuse to use sedative and muscle relaxant to control spasm,keep the airway by trachea intubation and traeheotomy early and nutrition support.
