从“被发展”到自主发展——教师专业发展的现实挑战与可能对策 被引量:80

From "Being Developed" to Teacher Independent Development: The Challenge and Countermeasures of Chinese Teacher Professional Development

摘要 随着教师专业化的逐步深入,教师缺乏专业发展自主性也变得日益突出。为了克服这种缺乏自主性的"被发展"现象,教师就必须具备持续发展的内在动力。因此,注重教师自主发展就是必然趋势。实现教师自主发展,本文从相信我们的教师、管理重心下移、加强身份认同以及发掘和提升教师自己的实践理论四个方面提出了可能建议。 With the further specialization of teachers, the phenomenon that teachers are lack of autonomy of professional de- velopment is becoming more and more outstanding. In order to overcome this phenomenon of lack of autonomy' s "being de- velopment", teacher must have sustained development intrinsic power. Therefore, paying attention to teachers' independent development is an inevitable trend. This paper puts forward some possible suggestions from four aspects: believing our teachers ; transferring the focus of management; strengthening the identity and enhancing teachers' own practice theory.
