护理经济研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of the research literature about nursing economics in China

目的:通过系统分析与护理经济相关的研究现状,明确目前护理经济研究的进展及存在的问题,为今后的研究提供参考。方法:采用文献计量分析方法,构建文献评阅数据库,对1990-2009年收录在中国期刊全文数据库及CBM中与护理经济相关的1142篇研究文献进行系统分析。结果:研究文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,主要关注临床和社区的护理经济问题,但研究设计欠严谨,统计分析方法较单一。护理经济研究的主要内容包括护理人力资源的研究、护理服务需求与供给、护理服务市场与保险、护理服务价格、成本与补偿、护理经济学分析与评价等。结论:亟需加强护理经济研究,规范护理经济研究设计,提升研究质量,以加快学科建设及促进护理经济研究的专业化发展。

Objective：To explore the development of nursing economics and identify the existing problems. Methods：Totally 1142 Chinese journal papers searched from CNKI and CBM databases from 1990 to 2009 were analyzed statistically by the method of literature metrology.Results：The amount of literature about nursing economics was increasing within 10 years.Studies focused on economic issues in clinical and community nursing, but the methods and designs of the studies were not precise.The main contents included allocation of nursing manpower, nursing demand and supply,nursing market and insurance, nursing price and cost, nursing economic analysis and evaluation.Conclusion：The study of nursing economics should be improved from design,methods and quality in order to promote nursing profession construction and the development of nursing economics research.
