摘要
目的:探讨静脉治疗虚拟学组组织结构及管理模式。方法:以专项护理技术为纽带,实行督导首席负责制,吸收全院各临床科室共38名护理人员,建立护理虚拟学组,确立组织结构、运行模式和管理方法。结果:3年来,该院PICC感染率由3.0%降至0.2%,病人满意度达98.9%,该学组成员在统计源期刊发表学术论文18篇,举办省级学习班共3期。结论:其四级管理组织架构,通过"强合力、求突破、抓落实",保证了新技术的全覆盖、无盲区,实现了护、教、研的协调发展,为建设静脉治疗专科护理品牌打下了基础。
Object:To investigate the organizational structure and management model of virtual intravenous therapy section. Method:The chief tutor had overall responsibility for the organization with specific nursing techniques as links.Virtual nursing section was founded with 38 nurses from clinical departments of the whole hospital,Organizational structure,work model and management mothods were established.Result:Over the three years working,the infection rate of PICC had reduced from 3% to 0.2%, the satisfactory rate of intravenous therapy had reached 98.9%,eighteen articles has been published on the chinese core journals, and threee provincial training program had been held.Conclusion:The four levels of management organizational structure guaranted the whole cover of new techniques without any blind zone by "strong affinity,break through,full implementation" .In the meanwhile, it carried out the balanced development of clinic,teaching and research and lays the foundation for specific intravenous therapy nursing brand construction.
