Memetics is a new theory to explain the law of cultural evolution based on Darwin＇s Evolution theory.For Chinese English-learners,applying language meme to writing and using the character of reproduction and transmission make college students improve their writing by means of recitation and imitation.Memetics provides a mirror for language teaching and learning which should return to the language teaching and learning tradition in Chinese context.
