高原地区普通人群C-反应蛋白与微量清蛋白尿关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高原地区普通人群C-反应蛋白组与微量清蛋白尿(MAU)的关系。方法在高原地区普通人群中,根据尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)分为MAU组和健康对照组,分别测定三酰甘油(TG),胆固醇(TC),CRP等。结果与健康对照组比较,除TC外微量清蛋白尿组在体质量指数(BMI),TG比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄(P<0.01)和CRP比较差异均统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在高原地区普通人群CRP反映的周围低度炎症与MAU密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between C-reactive(CRP)and microalbuminuria(MAU)in the general people of high altitude.Methods The general people in high altitude were divided into 2 groups according to different urine albumin excretion rate(UAER),which were microalbuminuria group and control group.The levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and CRP were tested in all individuals.Results Compared with control group,age(P0.01),body mass index(BMI)(P0.05),TG(P0.05)and CRP(P0.01)in microalbuminuria group were significantly higher than those in controls except TC(P0.05).Conclusion Systemic low-grade inflammation represented by CRP levels may be obviously related to the presence of microalbuminuria in general population in high altitude.
