摘要
对合同进行了深入分析,揭示了索赔产生的实质,并通过详细说明三种合同状态的确定方法进行索赔值计算,最后提出了基于合同状态分析的索赔管理研究框架,以期对承包商进行工程索赔有所帮助。
This paper analyzes the contract in depth to reveal the essence of the generation of claim. And then the article elaborates three methods of determining contract status to calculate the claim value. Lastly, the article puts forward the research framework of claim management based on the analysis of contract status, so as to provide some help for the contractors in the process of engineering claim.
