农村基础设施投资影响效应的实证分析

An Empirical Study on the Effect of the Investment in Rural Infrastructure

分析了农村固定资产投资与全国农林牧渔业生产总值的相关性,测算了农村基础设施资本存量在农业生产中的贡献度。指出了农村固定资产投资与全国农林牧渔业生产总值总体上呈较高的相关性;劳动力数量和电力设施存量对粮食产量的弹性系数为负;道路存量对粮食产量的促进作用最为明显;自来水设施存量对粮食产量的贡献率为正,但绝对值并不大。

This paper analyzes the correlation between rural fixed-asset investment and total production value of China＇ s agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing. Then the article calculates the contribution rate of the capital inventory of rural infrastructure to agricultural production. It reveals that there is a high-level correlation between rural fixed-asset investment and the total production value of China＇ s agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing;the elastic coefficient of labor input and electronic facilities inventory to crop output is negative;the pushing effect on crop output of the road inventory is most apparent;the contribution rate of the water-supply facility inventory to the crop output is positive, which is not so high.
