The article introduced the development situation of open experimental teaching in institutions of higher learning, and described the theoretical and realistic significance of open experimental teaching mode. Combined with practice, it summed up the problems in putting the open experimental teaching mode into effect, analyzed the causes of the problems, and put forward the construction scheme of the experimen- tal teaching management mode to adapt to the open experiment teaching.
