摘要
目的探讨二维超声成像、实时三维超声成像相结合对胎儿唇腭裂的诊断价值。方法采用西门子Acuson Antares全数字彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对580例16~40周的胎儿鼻唇部进行二维探测及实时三维超声重建。结果发现唇(腭)裂12例,漏诊1例。二维超声成像、实时三维超声成像相结合成像率达100%,诊断率达99.8%。结论二维超声成像、实时三维超声成像相结合可明显提高诊断率。
Objective Of two-dimensional ultrasound imaging,the combination of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate.Methods Siemens Acuson Antares full digital color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,of 580 cases of 16~40 weeks of fetal two-dimensional nasal lip and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction of detection.Results Found lip(palate) cleft in 12 cases,1 case of missed diagnosis.Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging,the combination of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was 100% diagnostic rate of 99.8%.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging,the combination of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can significantly improve the diagnostic rate.
