医务人员手部卫生状况调查

The investigation of the medical personnel's hand hygiene

目的了解医务人员手部卫生状况和洗手知识的掌握情况,为科学管理手部卫生提供依据。方法采用问卷调查和对医护人员洗手后的手部表面进行卫生学采样,做定量细菌培养。结果医务人员对工作环境的安全性存在担心,主要担心自己被工作环境中的细菌感染,基本掌握洗手的正确时机,但洗手的依从性不强,洗手知识尚欠缺。结论加强洗手知识的培训,增强医护人员手部卫生意识,制定并落实相应措施,进行环境监测管理,做到领导重视,提供必要的设备设施,提高医务人员洗手的依从性。

Objective To investigate the medical personnel＇s hand hygiene and hand washing knowledge,to provide the scientific basis for management of hand hygiene.Methods The use of questionnaires and medical personnel wash hands after sampling the surface of hygiene,to do quantitative bacterial culture.Results The medical personnel worried about the safety of the environment,the main fear of being infected by the bacteria in the environment,grasped the opportunity of washing hand,but hand washing compliance wasn＇t strong,lacked of knowledge of hand-washing.Conclusion Hand knowledge and training to strengthen and enhance awareness of hand hygiene in health care,to develop and implement appropriate measures,environmental monitoring and management,so that the leadership,which has provided the necessary equipment to facilitate the medical personnel comply with hand-washing compliance.
