基质金属蛋白酶9在妊娠及分娩中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是人体内最重要的蛋白酶之一,属于众多基质金属蛋白酶中明胶酶的一种,又称明胶酶B,相对分子质量为95 000,通过酶系统分解细胞外基质从而参与人体许多生理及病理过程.生理pH值时,在锌离子作用下,参与细胞外基质的降解与重建,故也称其为基质因子.在正常生理情况下,能够切断任何细胞外基质成分,调节细胞黏着性、作用于细胞外成分或其它蛋白成分而启动潜在生物学功能.研究表明MMP-9在人体妊娠过程中直接或间接参与胚胎发育、组织模型再塑及创伤修复等正常生理过程.MMP-9的底物主要是Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ型胶原,明胶及弹性纤维.因其作用底物的广泛,表达细胞众多而备受重视,成为近年来国际国内研究的焦点之一.现就MMP-9在产科妊娠及分娩中的国内外研究进展做一个综合阐述.
